Nice to take a break while visiting Vitra
Since the VitraHaus Cafe always has new visitors due to the Vitra Campus anyway, regular guests don't seem to be so important here and this is also confirmed by the service. There was only one waitress who took the orders. When it was our turn, the lady asked us what we would like, but suddenly disappeared during our order to take orders from other tables (??). At first we were just speechless, but when the lady had already served three more tables, we just got up and went to another restaurant to eat well and at reasonable prices (!). The VitraHaus Cafe is definitely history.
Everything is good except the staff !!! Not smiling, we had the impression that we had to act quickly, we were a priori disturbing
We had to wait at least 10 minutes before we got a menu card. The order came quickly. The coffee was okay. The chocolate cake was not my taste, the apricot crumble cake had a delicious filling (both were vegan). The atmosphere was quite nice, but drafty and fresh. All in all, too expensive for what is offered.
The service is on top and good quality food. Might be long wait, but it's worth it.
I had a great dish: Lime Ricotta Ravioli with Chanterelles. Even a luxury restaurant does not exceed this level.
Good atmosphere and great ambience. The service was good and friendly but totally overloaded. Only one waitress was responsible for taking orders and issuing invoices for the entire outside area. The lentil buffers were inedible. They were very dry, tasteless and not at all what we expected. Everything else (vegan panini and cake) was delicious. Overall recommendable, I would not recommend the lens buffers.
Pleasant place to rest. Tried cakes and drinks. Cakes are delicious. Overall a bit expensive. Remember: they don’t take any orders after 17:00.
Great cafe in exciting architecture & everyone (s) delicious & friendly
Slow service. Extremely poor organization. To avoid
It is a very nice restaurant. COZY here and there are large cups of coffee and very good coffee. Nice service. Has various cakes.
Great selection, also vegetarian, surprisingly high quality for affordable prices ??
Super hotdogs and schnitzel perfect ? and good prices as well I recommend
Clean, stylish, tasty!
Great croissant sandwich as recommended by the staff, relaxing ambiance. Could easily spent an afternoon reading
The chocolate banana cake was incredibly tasty and wonderfully airy. The tea is kusmi tea served. Even the biscuit that is served for tea melts on the tongue. A very nice cafe!
Good coffee and snacks, friendly staff. Inside or outside seating.
had one of the best pumpkin soups that i ever tasted in my life! cant wait to go back and try it out again!!
Pity! Ordering breakfast at 11:36 with the note can only be ordered until 11:30 no longer accepted. Cafe was very little visited. Food quality good.
Nice
Perfect simple summer lunch, fresh ingredients
Good choice of menu, reasonably priced
A neat space to enjoy meal, simple and clear, service is eligibly.
Really good food, nice atmosphere. They have vegi and vegan options for the daily dish
Nice bistro on the ground floor of the Vitra exhibition. There are daily recommendations and a regular small card. Interesting is the breakfast. The prices are suitable for the Vitra furniture: high :-)
15 minutes waiting for the order. Staff was not overstrained. Only thought it was pleasant to talk to each other. Thank you very much.
Very exciting and definitely worth a visit. Restaurant on the ground was also delicious ??
Great place, very stylish, good food, nice people!
Good Café. Enough choice at reasonable price. You can eat with two children and not go broke. Food tastes correct although it is some kind of cafeteria. Children may have their own (good) meal and stay occupied with pencils to draw (design) elephants. Only service is a bit slow (like elsewhere in Germany). And for the record, I had a special german bio(limo)nade flavored bud tree.
Nice place to rest and eat after such beautiful visual emotions. A nice afternoon, including the shop right across the aisle.
Very nice cafe, good products and medium prices.
Smashing
Delicious food, fast ans friendly service, and (weather permitting) outdoor seating. We had a caprese salad and asparagus ravioli.
Wow. A caprese salad with basil pesto which did not taste like basil. And the staff was VERY unpleasant. Interior design is nice and that's all.
It is a cafe just below the Bitola House. There was a lawn on the open terrace and it was a comfortable space. It's great when the weather is nice.
Very tastefully decorated restaurant, good selection of dishes with daily specials and excellent coffee. A nice place with comfortable design seats and outdoor tables to relax with a meal or snack between visits.
Good but little bit expencive
Thumbs up...
Very good food and cake selection. The coffee is delicious too. Operation is quick and attentive. The ambience of the museum.
We were traveling in a group of 10 people, this probably overwhelmed the waitress. Sometimes breakfast was served 25 minutes after the order, so that some were already finished and the other had nothing. The price for the quality of the food and service is inappropriate
The coffee is outstanding!
Relaxing, good food.
Very nice setting, amazing design, but stuff could be more friendly!
Just had a daily menu with fish for 23.90€. Omg, I thought I was eating fried fish at mc Donald's and wasn't warm at all. No, it was even worse like 1€ frozen fishlike thing from a supermarket!
panton chair ?
Food is very good. Waiting times on busy Sunday are terribly long.
